Scope of Work

Project Highlights and Upgrades
Full Pipework Replacement:
Every inch of the existing pipework was removed and replaced with brand-new, high-performance plumbing to improve reliability and flow efficiency.
Spa Removal:
As part of the renovation, the client chose to remove the existing spa, which was previously integrated into the pool structure but no longer aligned with their needs. Our team carefully decommissioned and filled in the spa area, ensuring structural integrity and a seamless visual finish.
New Shell Fittings:
All shell fittings were upgraded to modern, corrosion-resistant fixtures for optimal long-term durability.
On-Site Pool Lining:
A new on-site pool lining was expertly installed, creating a watertight, clean finish and giving the pool a fresh, contemporary look.
New Filtration System with AFM®:
The pool's filtration system was fully upgraded and filled with Activated Filter Media (AFM®), delivering superior water clarity and reduced chemical usage.
Air Source Heat Pump Installation:
A new air source heat pump was added to make year-round swimming possible, dramatically improving comfort and energy efficiency.
Copings:
The pool’s elegant curved edges were enhanced with beautifully installed Copin stones, laid by our trusted partners at DWL Gardens.
Landscaping:
The entire outdoor area was transformed with expert landscaping by Sid Bibby Turf & Landscaping, including premium paving and hardscaping to complement the newly renovated pool.
